The rustic Homestead has simple amenities, comfy sofas and a wood burning heater for winter nights. There is an electric central RC unit for entire house heating & cooling if required.
The kitchen has an electric stovetop & oven/grill, a microwave and 2 fridges are available. A small amount of kitchen staples, such as tea/coffee, oil and salt & pepper are available for your arrival, but guests will need to provide their own additional supplies as required during your stay.
The house can comfortably sleep 4-6 people, with one Queen room, one with 2 singles, and a fold out Queen in a third open room, is available if required. Doonas and linen are provided. The Queen bed also has an electric blanket.
The bathroom contains a large spa bath with separate shower.
There is a washer & dryer for guest use.
A large veranda gives excellent access to beautiful views, and a BBQ and garden furniture allow for outdoor dining in the generous back yard.
Well behaved dogs and horses may be welcome by prior arrangement, though guests need to be aware that working farms with livestock surround the homestead, and fencing is limited, so care needs to be taken.
