Studio

The one bedroom studio provides a small kitchenette, dining table and comfortable seating, with a stunning view of Mt Buffalo.  Note the kitchenette contains a small fridge and microwave, but NO stove. A small amount of kitchen staples, such as tea/coffee, oil and salt & pepper are available for your arrival, but guests will need to provide their own additional supplies as required during your stay.

A RC air conditioning unit heats/cools the space, with additional heaters if required.

There is a queen bed with electric blanket. Doonas & linen are supplied.

The ensuite contains shower, vanity & toilet.

The studio has it’s own private entrance and deck space, with outdoor table and beautiful views of Mt Buffalo. The surrounding yard is fenced.

Carport parking is available. There are NO laundry facilities available in the Studio.

Well behaved dogs and horses may be welcome by prior arrangement, though guests need to be aware that working farms with livestock surround the homestead and fencing is limited, so care needs to be taken.

NOTE that mobile reception on non- Telstra networks is somewhat limited in this valley, and WiFi is not available at the Homestead.

Standard bookings – 3pm check-in, – 2pm check-out on last day.
